Melanie Perkins
A démocratisé le design pour 170M+ utilisateurs.
As a student in Perth, Melanie Perkins noticed how hard her classmates found professional design software and set out to build something anyone could use. After an early venture in school yearbooks, she co-founded Canva in 2013 with Cliff Obrecht and Cameron Adams. The platform, which lets users create presentations, graphics and documents in minutes, now serves more than 150 million people every month and ranks among Australia's most successful technology companies. The co-founders have pledged to give away the vast majority of their wealth.
She proves that a technology company can pair global growth with an exemplary workplace culture and a leading philanthropic commitment.
