Reshma Saujani
500K+ filles formées au code.
A lawyer by training and the daughter of Indian refugees who fled Uganda, Reshma Saujani founded Girls Who Code in 2012 to close the gender gap in technology. The organisation has since reached more than 500,000 girls and young women through clubs, summer programmes and college initiatives across the United States and beyond. The author of Brave, Not Perfect, she later launched Moms First, an initiative advocating for working mothers, and her TED talk on bravery over perfection has been viewed millions of times.
She turned a cause, women's place in technology, into a measurable and replicable movement, while carrying a broader societal case for equality and support for working mothers.
