Emmanuel Faber
Normes mondiales reporting durabilité.
The former chief executive of Danone, which he made the first listed French company to adopt "entreprise à mission" status, Emmanuel Faber has chaired the International Sustainability Standards Board since 2022 under the IFRS Foundation. Under his leadership the ISSB issued its first two global standards for sustainability and climate-related disclosures, now being adopted by dozens of jurisdictions worldwide. A graduate of HEC Paris, he argues for an accounting model that captures natural and human capital alongside financial performance.
He is building a common language for sustainability reporting, a structural lever for steering global capital, and doing so with a rigour recognised by regulators and companies alike.
