A society for those who shape the century.

The World Leaders Society was born of a simple observation: the great challenges of the 21st century (climate, inclusion, AI governance, democratic fractures) will not be resolved from a single sector, a single region, or a single ideological lens.

We gather in confidential forums executives from the private sector, public decision-makers, social entrepreneurs, and figures from sport, culture, finance and climate. What is said among us stays among us. What is built among us exceeds what any of us could have built alone.

Our founding

Founded in 2025 in Paris as a French non-profit association, the World Leaders Society brings together independent strategic, ethics and approval committees. The inaugural edition of the WLS 100, our annual ranking of the 100 leaders reshaping the 21st century, marks the public launch of the project.

Our team

The full composition of the strategic and ethics councils will be made public at the founding summit. Members come from academia, international institutions and civil society.
